- Heat a pan, add 1 cup ghee. Now add the sliced onions and fry till golden bown keep aside. Now marinate the chicken with 1/2 cup curd, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste ane 1/2 tsp red chilly powder. Now add this to the same pan where the onions were fried.
