- Add oil into the pan,once oil is hot add cumin seeds then add onion fry until golden brown, then add red chilli and curry leaves, then add ginger,garlic paste cook nicely.
- Add washed chicken (wash with turmeric and salt water),then red chilli powder and turmeric powder, add 1 and half cup of water, cook 20mins in medium high heat.
- Cook 20mins,chicken ready,finish with coriander leaf.
